Many users do not know how to check whether the IP address is in a smooth status when they cannot print the network. The following describes how to PING the IP address.
This operation is applicable to the network printing operation supported by Samsung.
The procedure is as follows:
Method 1: perform DOS detection.
1. First, you need to connect the network cable to the machine and install the print driver of the network.
2. Enter the computer to start running, and enter CMD in the run.

3. Enter the DOS interface, enter PING and space at the blinking position of the cursor, enter the IP address, and press enter. The PING status is shown in figure 2. Note: If timed out is displayed in figure 3, the network is not pinged ).

Method 2: enter an IP address in the IE address bar to check whether the Syncthru web service interface can be accessed ).
Open an IE and enter your IP address in the IE address bar. 5 in the following figure indicates that the IP address is pinged. If the general rules are not set, the web page cannot be displayed, as shown in figure 6.

Using the two methods above, you can choose the operations that you find more convenient to check whether your network is connected to the printer. This is the first judgment basis for judging whether the network printing is normal.
