Never trust the customer or the customer
Today, the apprentice suddenly sent a letter to me, as shown below:We are maintaining Yonghe soybean milk's cash register system. When the apprentice sent this message to me, my first thought was that the database would never be lost. I quickly used QQ to remotely access their computer and found no database files in a circle. Then I asked the customer why the system was reinstalled without talking to us, and the database file was not on the system disk. Why? The customer said it was a child and was not careful. At this moment, I suddenly found out how the server system was installed as xp when the child was playing a game? So I tried to remotely access the server from their local computer. It was so happy that it was not a backend server. It turns out that the customer has reinstalled his computer, and the server is still good. Because we put the shortcut for accessing the background on the customer's own computer, the customer always uses his computer to access the background management, and mistakenly believes that the background is on his computer. After reinstalling the system, if there is no shortcut, the backend is gone. In fact, similar things have been more than just for the first time. To sum up, never "trust" what the customer says!
