New Enterprise Guide

Welcome to the enterprise account. Now you can import the address book, configure the application, and invite members to follow the enterprise account on the enterprise account management page, you can also send text, text, file, video, audio, and other multimedia messages to members through applications. With simple configuration, You can automatically reply to messages sent by members to implement basic enterprise applications such as announcement notifications, knowledge management, corporate culture construction, and mobile enterprise address book.

You can also access the "Developer Center" and establish connections between enterprise numbers and enterprise applications based on the interfaces described in the document to implement more rich and personalized enterprise mobile applications.

Before that, we recommend that you read the following guidelines to better connect your enterprise applications to your enterprise account.

 First, you need to create an address book to import the following members.

To ensure the security of enterprise information, the identity of the sender who needs to be verified by the enterprise ID can be followed. Therefore, you need to import the member information to the address book for identity verification.

Go to "Address Book" and click "+" in the upper-left corner to import members in batches or add members one by one.

 

 

 

 

Creating an application is a required step

All enterprise numbers are sent through "Applications". Each application is equivalent to a "service number" and has its own menu and visible range.

By default, the system has created an application named "Enterprise assistant. You can use it directly or create other applications as needed.

 

 

If you need to use the interface for development, you also need to create a management group to obtain the corresponding development creden.

For the sake of Enterprise Information Protection, enterprise numbers do not provide development creden。 with "Super Permissions. Therefore, you need to create a management group and set the required operation permissions to obtain the corresponding parameters for obtaining access creden。: corpid and secret.

Click "Settings" in the left-side navigation bar to go to "permission management" and create a management group.

 

 

After completing the above preparations, you can use the enterprise number to send messages or connect to your enterprise application.
