Select the parent directory, and then the shortcut key:

 alt + command + C

You can copy the path, for example, the path I copied here is:/Users/myMac/Downloads/testDir

2. Enter the parent directory location in the terminal

Open Terminal ;
Execute command:

cd <command + V 粘贴路径>

For example:

cd /Users/myMac/Downloads/testDir

3. Create text

For example, create Test.txt
Execute touch Command:

touch test.txt
