After graduating from college, I have been working for about 15 years. In my career over the past decade, I have changed several work units and tried different jobs, my many years of career experience tells me that no job is perfect, but I want to pursue perfection.

Before I was thirty years old, my wish was to change my position and role more, and try to feel the advantages of my age, so as not to leave regrets in my life. I also follow this idea. Although most of my work is information-related, I switched from programmers, architects, and system analysts to pre-sales consulting, from private enterprises to foreign companies, I feel different corporate culture and atmosphere. different positions and roles have given me direct and personal feelings for different jobs. Generally, the front-end roles are more focused on product sales capabilities, while the back-end roles are more focused on mobile operation capabilities. Private enterprises are "using" rather than "Raising" employees, while foreign companies like the United States are focusing on building a cultural atmosphere that gives full play to employees' initiative, at the same time, we also pay more attention to the overall interests of enterprises and knowledge sharing.

After I was thirty years old, I basically worked in large state-owned enterprises. My feelings are different from those of private enterprises and foreign companies. The state-owned enterprises seem to have many rules and regulations, but sometimes these rules seem to be no longer existent for some people. Due to the nature and scale of enterprises, it is difficult for state-owned enterprises to coordinate internally. The phenomenon of mutual promotion between departments is prominent, and the space for individual employees to exert is relatively small, every year, there are many customization and department personalization requirements, which are very distinctive in China.

All in all, no matter what kind of enterprise, no job or role is perfect, perfection is just a pursuit. I think, in China, if the front-end sales staff can perform some technical implementation work in a down-to-earth manner, the back-end technical R & D staff can have more opportunities to communicate with customers, in this case, personal vision and work happiness will be greatly improved, because that is close to perfect work. In any case, we still hope our partners engaged in informatization work will be even better! (End)
