My colleagues studied AR, so I learned about it. Recently I read an External Research Report. The questions seem to be very promising, but unfortunately there are two serious confusions. 1. Confusion between virtual reality and augmented reality; 2. Confusion between stereo imaging and plane 3D. Therefore, although the author reviews and summarizes a lot of information throughout the report, it is unclear. So I flipped through the Internet and wrote this note. In this article, concerning virtual social games, operators strive to ensure the stability of the currency value in the Virtual Device of newspapers. They think that stable currencies are important in both virtual and real society.
Augmented Reality(Augmented Reality) is a real-time computing technology used to calculate the position and angle of the camera image and add the corresponding images, the goal of this technology is to bring the entire world into the real world and make interactions. That isVirtual and practical combination + instant interaction + 3D.
The terms augmented reality and virtual reality (VR) are very similar. However, augmented reality emphasizes the combination of Virtual Reality and reality, which is closer to the real world to better understand the information of reality, virtual reality is to move real images into the virtual world. The dream is VR, And the illusion is AR. (I can give this analogy, haha)
3D
3D 3D is a 3D movie. 3D TVs require glasses or naked eyes. It turns out that people look at things with two eyes. An example of three-dimensional augmented reality is a glasses or helmet with an eye mask. The virtual information is combined with the actual image in the human field of view to calculate the human line of sight (Direction and angle ), or retrieve and analyze the images obtained from the camera lens. In the Star Trek's NGN series, there are black engineer eye masks and holographic imaging rooms that often have problems. To the ultimate, it is like in the matrix of the hacker, whether it is Zhuang Zhou mengdie or Zhuang Zhou.
AR and plane 3D on mobile phone
Mobile phones are just one of the carriers of augmented reality, including film technology and glasses. AR is also a hot research topic on smartphones. There is a trick application: the mobile phone image overlaps the display image, and then the mobile phone image is actually the corresponding information. This is an image of search on Baidu (Google has some problems ). These images are all processed by art, and the depth of field is the same for virtual and realistic presentations. Note: the depth of field does not exist in 2D. Even in naked 3D, the depth of field is very small, so it is not true. For the human eye focal length adjustment, the 3D effect will be very helpful, 2D does not matter, we have been watching the star map like this.
Due to the processing and analysis of graphical information and data information, the AR technology will also use cloud computing to collect and display the main user data and content/information. 3D technology currently cannot solve the depth of field (this is 3D film and naked-eye 3D technology, this type of screen is not currently used on mobile phones), but can solve three-dimensional (flat ), you can send more information to users.
3D information transmitted on the Internet is: 1. the pioneer W3C, the effect is average, and VRML97 is finally achieved; 2. The author renamed the XML format X3D. Wiki (zh) is introduced as follows:X3D is a 3D image markup language designed for the World Wide Web.. The full name is Extensible 3D (language). It is designed by the Web3D alliance and is the latest version of the VRML standard. X3D is developed based on XML format. Therefore, you can directly use xml dom document tree, XML Schema validation, and other technologies and related XML editing tools. Currently, X3D is an international standard certified by ISO.
X3D can be implemented using X3DOM through WebGL and JavaScript without the need for plugin.
X3DOMIs a framework for integrating and manipulating (X) 3D scenes as HTML5 DOM elements that are rendered via WebGL. the system allows defining 3D scene description and runtime behavior declaratively, without any low-level JavaScript or
GLSL coding.
WebGLIs based on OpenGL ES 2.0 and is a JavaScript API for rendering interactive 3D graphics and 2D graphics within any compatible web browser without the use of plug-ins. it uses the HTML5 canvas element and is accessed using Document
Object Model interfaces. Automatic memory management is provided as part of the JavaScript language. WebGL elements can be mixed with other HTML elements and composited with other parts of the page or page background.
We noticed that the deleving of WebGL is a WebGL Working Group rather than W3C. From a standard perspective, HTML5 does not contain WebGL, but because WebGL is a js api, you can also mix the X3DOM into HTML5, which is usually used as the overall HTML5 solution. If you are discussing whether HTML5 supports 3D, pay attention to it. HTML5 alone. CSS3 supports some simple 3D effects, such as page turning. For details, see idea.
Transforms, with transforms, is not 3D. I don't think so. The question is "Does HTML5 support 3D ". But the browser supports 3D.
Example
Information Display of the navigation class. Product Display (such as try-on magic mirror ). 3D games (the business that destroys vision and body of teenagers) include three-dimensional and plane 3D games, and three-dimensional 3D games include a virtual reality for playing in Star Trek. For a flat 3D game, just like 3D cartoons and interactions, you can rotate an object and have a stronger sense of space. I think the cost of 3D animation is lower than that of 2D after initial modeling.
