In lean entrepreneurship, there is a concept of "minimizing viable products". First, we develop "minimizing viable products" to launch the market and verify that our ideas are correct. 3. This product must use mobile phone numbers and address books, but in fact, it is costly to get the user's mobile phone number. At that time, the text message industry was just reorganized, and the delay of text messages was often very serious.

 

4. Low user activity. during the entire operation process, only developers from our team can drive social interaction among several fans. No PR capability for Topic manufacturing.

 

5. Product Positioning and features result in a lack of resources and cannot import user resources from other platforms. For example, it is useless to import user relationships from Sina Weibo. This is not a strong social relationship and is not suitable for our products.

 

The most difficult part of social networking software lies in a large number of users and high user activity. Without a user, you cannot establish a relationship. Without a relationship, you cannot attract users. Slowly, this becomes a question of "first chicken, first egg", entangled in it. Users, relationships, and strong resource and topic production capabilities need to be developed in the early stage.

 

Here are some suggestions for colleagues who are interested in social apps:If you don't have a lot of resources, don't invest in social apps. This is a money-burning thing. Obtain user resources, which can be diverted from other places. For example, the first public account to attract target users. Or, you can develop the corresponding tool app before turning to social networking.
