Open Word 2007 and press ALT+F11. A Visual Basic editing window appears. :
Middle left, right click normal→ insert → module, appears:
Double-click Module 1 → fill in the following code in the window that appears on the right:

Close the Visual Basic editing window that opens in step one and go back to the normal Word window to do the following:
Click the Office Circle icon in the upper-left corner of Word → click "Word Options" in the bottom right of the window → click "Customize" → right "on the left side of the popup box" select "Macro" from the "choose command from the following location" and the "Module 1. Paste without formatting" that you just edited appears.
Click to select it → click "Add (A) >>" in the middle to make this module appear in the shortcut box on the right, click "Modify (M) ...", the Edit Button dialog box appears, select an icon you want to use, click "OK":
With the icon selected, click Custom (T) ... in the dialog box that appears (C), select Macro from the dropdown (click in the "Press new shortcut key") to position the cursor at this point → tap the keyboard shortcut you want to use to "Alt" and "V" Two key combinations for example: press both keys at the same time, "Alt+v" appears in the right box, click "Specify" and "Alt+v" moves to the left border. Single-hit "close" → OK.
