Why is an experienced senior CEO the main force in innovation? Long-term commercial success requires the entire flower season rather than a few flowers in full bloom. Professor Deborah Ancona of MIT believes that becoming a successful CEO requires four capabilities: intent, association, vision, and invention ability.

"Yi Hui" means you can understand the world trend and position of the company. "association" means you can deal with other members of the team, administrative staff, and partners to deal with social relations; "vision" refers to the ability of a CEO to outline the future of a company. "invention" refers to the ability of a CEO to introduce abstract ideas into the world.
