"The entrepreneurial boom in the United States is dominated by non-young people. The average age of the founder of a technology company is 39 years old, and the 50-Year-Old founder is twice that of the 29-Year-Old founder ".
Why is an experienced senior CEO the main force in innovation? Long-term commercial success requires the entire flower season rather than a few flowers in full bloom. Professor Deborah Ancona of MIT believes that becoming a successful CEO requires four capabilities: intent, association, vision, and invention ability.
"Yi Hui" means you can understand the world trend and position of the company. "association" means you can deal with other members of the team, administrative staff, and partners to deal with social relations; "vision" refers to the ability of a CEO to outline the future of a company. "invention" refers to the ability of a CEO to introduce abstract ideas into the world.
