Stock trading, fund buying, loan repayment, and remittance to family members, there are many situations where funds need to be transferred by bank transfers in daily life. Many people choose to apply for funds through online banking, it is easier than queuing at the counter. The reporter randomly investigated the charges of 10 banks and learned that different online banks have different cross-bank transfer charging standards, with significant differences. Some banks charge a maximum of 8 yuan, but some banks may reach 200 yuan, a difference of 25 times. Some banks are subject to the limit set by the single transfer amount. If the single transfer limit is set too low, this will increase the overhead for large-area transfers.
● Different standards from 0.05% to 1%
The reporter yesterday investigated the cross-bank charging standards of 10 banks of ICBC, ABC, BOC, CCB and China Bank of China, CMB, Bank of Beijing, Industrial Bank, guangfa bank, and Minsheng Bank, it is found that different banking regulations vary greatly. The reporter noted that some banks calculate the charging standard based on the proportion of the transfer amount, but it limits the highest and lowest prices of the charges. Industrial bank's customer service staff told reporters that the bank's online banking currently does not charge cross-bank transfers within the same city, and cross-bank transfers across regions are charged.
ICBC stipulates that the fee for cross-bank transfer of online banking is 1% of the transfer amount, with a minimum of 1 yuan and a maximum of 50 yuan. China Merchants Bank stipulates that inter-bank transfer of online banking is 2 yuan per line, the fee for transferring funds between different regions is also 1%, with a minimum of 10 yuan and a maximum of 50 yuan. China Construction Bank's regulation is 0.5%, with a minimum of 2 yuan and a maximum of 25 yuan. The Bank stipulates that the proportion of cross-bank transfers is 0.4%, with a minimum of 5 yuan and a maximum of 50 yuan. China guangfa bank collects a transfer fee of 5.5 yuan for Individual Online Banking interbank transfers, and adds a deposit fee of 0.05%. The minimum fee is 1 yuan and the maximum fee is 20 yuan.
● The maximum online banking price is 200 yuan
Some banks also adopt segmented pricing for interbank transfers. ABC will terminate the "free lunch" for interbank transfers of online banking users from January 1, 19th day of this month. It will adopt segmented pricing. The local interbank transfers will be less than RMB 5000 and less than RMB 2, and between RMB 5000 and RMB 50 thousand, it will be charged 3, between 50 thousand yuan and 0.1 million yuan, 5 yuan is collected, and 8 yuan is collected for more than 0.1 million yuan. This charging level is consistent with that of the Industrial Bank's remote cross-bank transfer.
China Minsheng Bank stipulates that cross-city interbank transfers are two yuan, with fees charged in different regions. The standard is 10 thousand yuan or less, 5.5 yuan to 10 thousand yuan, 0.1 million yuan to 10.5 yuan, and 0.1 million yuan to 0.5 million yuan, 0.5 million yuan to 1 million Yuan 20.5 yuan, more than 1 million yuan charged by 0.2 ‰, the maximum is 200 yuan. Bank of Beijing's cross-bank transfer fee segments and standards are close to that of Minsheng Bank, of which over 1 million Yuan is charged at 0.2 ‰ and 0.5 yuan, up to 200 yuan.
● The transfer limit will affect the final fee
According to bankers yesterday, for the security of customers' funds, some banks will allow customers to set their own daily transfer quotas when they activate e-banking services. If the number of funds exceeds the limit, transfers cannot be made.
For example, China Construction Bank stipulates that the quota for a single transfer is 0.2 million yuan, and the total amount cannot exceed 1 million yuan per day. This means that if you need to transfer 1 million yuan per day, the score will be 5 times and the transfer fee will be increased accordingly. ICBC does not set a transfer limit for its professional online banking customers who use Alibaba Cloud security. However, if you use a traffic card to transfer funds, the limit for a single transaction is 1000 yuan, up to 5000 yuan per day. If you transfer 5000 Yuan, you need to receive 5 service fees. The Bank stipulates that the mobile phone version transfer is up to 50 thousand yuan, and the certificate user is 1 million yuan.
Online money transfer tips
For the same interbank online bank transfer, the charges may vary a lot in different banks. Take intra-city interbank transfers as an example. For example, one 9000 yuan transfer, 50 yuan for ICBC and CMB (remote), 25 yuan for CCB, 3 yuan for ABC, and 5.5 yuan for Bank of Beijing. However, due to the maximum cap amount, the price difference decreases as the amount increases.
If the customer opens multiple bank online banking services, it is best to compare the prices of different banks when funds are transferred. There are also two tips: one is to win the treatment of VIP customers, some banks offer preferential treatment for VIP customer transfers, and the transfer fee can be reduced. The threshold for VIP customers in some banks is 0.2 million yuan; the second is to check whether the Bank has a preferential period. Some banks offer discounts on transfers and other services during holidays or promotions
