3, if the workload is less than 100 hours, will not get 1% of the equity, but the workload equivalent to the remuneration, to ensure that 5% of the value added each year. It can be understood that the workload corresponds to the remuneration as a cash input to the PSI, and can obtain an annual income of 5%, but the proceeds need to wait until the withdrawal of financing to arbitrage.
