Where 2x2 environment variables need to be set:

Set Path variable to both. dll files and ENV variables    (lapack_home and Blas_home) to the directory   which containe S lapack, Blas and F2c.h (def ' s needed))

    Some optional dependencies, remove the tick (issue: OPENCV configuration) Lib error during the CMake build process
