How to change the server name of openfire:
1. log onto the openfire Management page, select Edit properties at the bottom of the home page, change the server name to the current host name, click Save properties, and follow the prompts on the page to restart the server.
2. after the server is restarted, an exclamation point is displayed for the server name under the server attribute of the home page, and the mouse is placed to display found RSA certificate that is not valid for the server domain. This is caused by Invalid RSA Authentication, you need to configure the RSA certificate for the new server.
3. Select the server settings menu and select server certificate in the lower-left corner. Two certificates are displayed. Click Delete to delete all certificates. After deletion, follow the system prompts to restart the server.
4. After the restart, the system prompts "one or more certificates are lost. Click here to generate a custom signature certificate ". Click it to automatically generate the RSA certificate that matches the new server. After generation, restart as prompted by the system.
5. After restarting, log on again and you will see that the exclamation point of the server name on the main interface disappears. openfire is normal and the client can log on normally.
