1) enter the meeting name.

2) select an appropriate meeting time length, which cannot be shorter than the actual meeting time. It is recommended that the actual meeting time be longer than 2 hours.

3) Select the Conference terminal and click "Expand All" next to "Henan postal company ".

 

4) Select the main venue, click the drop-down arrow behind the main venue, and select the main venue. The general leadership or speech venue is the main venue:
