On the Internet to find information that the database temporary table space is full or broken.
Querying the size of a staging table space
Select name, bytes/1024/1024 as "size (M)" from V$tempfile Order by bytes;
See the maximum data file D:\Oracle\ORADATA\TFJS\TEMP in the system. The DBF size is 8G, and the initial estimate is the reason why the temp table space cannot be extended.
Workaround:
1. Query the default temporary table space under the user
SELECT * from database_properties where property_name= ' default_temp_tablespace ';
2. Create a new temporary tablespace
Create temporary tablespace temp01 tempfile ' D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\TFJS\TEMP01. DBF '
Size 1000M autoextend on;
3. Modify the default table space
ALTER DATABASE default temporary tablespace temp01;
