Ora-12154:tns: Unable to resolve the specified connection identifier

Ready to start learning Oracle in 51, so today we're going to install Oracle 10g. After the installation is done to test whether it will work properly.

During the installation process, the configured global database is TMT.

But when using SQL Plus to log in, Username: Scott, password: Tiger, host string: TMT. The following configuration is added to the Tnsnames.ora file:
