Databases on the client server,It turns out that there is no problem to access other machines through IP + database name.But when I came on a business trip, I found that I couldn't access it in my book! No listening is reported.

When I checked on the server, I found that the listening service could not be started. The error message was "the listening was started and shut down again. What is the useless service, for example, Performance Logs and alarm services, "warning" indicates that they are completely invisible.

Check whether there is a problem with the monitoring settings,There is a problem with listener. ora wood,Tnsnames. ora wood has a problem...

 

After a long time, CMD knocked on the command.LSNRCTL startTo obtain the information:

TNS-12546: TNS: Permission denied
TNS-12560: TNS: protocol adapter error.
TNS-00516: License denied
32-bit Windows Error: 13: Permission denied

 

Permission denied? Immediately dizzy, will the swelling be rejected? After a while, the host value (IP address) in the listener cannot be changed to the machine name, and the host name cannot be changed to another IP address ......

EnterNetstat-List active connections

Then we saw that port 1521 was occupied, but we didn't see who occupied orz.

But if you know the reason why the port is occupied, immediately try to change the listener port to 1522 → LSNRCTL start completely, and you can quickly enable the listener service. ==|||

Then the PLSQL logon on the server is normal.

But obviously it is not. The problem persists.

My notebook still cannot access the database on the server through IP address! The error is still not monitored.Program!! The worst thing is that if you try to access the server with your own IP address + database name, the same error is reported !!!
