When doing data migration, the development environment is ORACLE11G UAT environment is Oracle 10g

There is no problem with data migration in the development environment, but in the UAT environment times the following error:

Ora-12899:value too large for column "Soau". Sjqy_qtsbspec "." Property_6 "(actual:566, maximum:500)

The length of the field is VARCHAR2 (500)

In the 10g and 11g database is the length of this field, the same data, why would this error be reported. I don't know the answer yet, wait till later.

Now the solution is to increase the length of the field.
