Fill in the database you want to connect to

other possible issues:1. Close Windows Firewall2 in Windows Services. It is also possible that your IP address has changed, to modify the IP address in the Listener.ora and Tnsname.ora files. 3. Connection port number check if it's right, I remember maybe 1521, you try it with the client version of Ora, and restart the Tnslistener service for a second.
