When you connect Oracle with the Scott account in Pl/sql, you are prompted to ora-28000:the the accounts is locked.
Solution:
First step: Locate the Sqlnet.ora file in the%oracle_home%network\admin directory, where%oracle_home% is the installation path for ORACLE.
My for: D:\app\haojiec\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN, open Sqlnet.ora, in the file Names.directory_path and Adr_ Base two lines in the middle add one line: sqlnet.authentication_services= (NTS), save.
The second step: Open the DOS window, input sqlplus sys/oracle11g as SYSDBA;
Where SYS is the account, oracle11g is my password. Success will have the following display:
Connect to:
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition release 11.2.0.2.0-64bit Production

Step Three:
Sql> Conn sys/oracle11g as SYSDBA;
Connected.
Fourth Step:
sql> alter user Scott account unlock;
User altered.
Sql> commit;
Commit complete.
Sql> Conn Scott/tiger//Please enter a new password and confirm it after OK
Password changed
Connected.
Then go to plsql developer inside to Scott/tiger login on it.
