Labor is human nature, just like entertainment and rest.

The basic concept of organizational behavior: human characteristics:
  • Individual Differences: individual differences mean that to motivate employees to the maximum extent, they must be treated differently. Individual Differences require fairness and justice for every employee. Due to the existence of individual differences, organizational behavior should first focus on the individual. It is only possible for individual individuals to take responsibility and make decisions. It is impossible for a group to take responsibility and make decisions, without a large number of individuals, groups are powerless.
  • Complete person: although some organizations only want to hire a person's mind and skills, they can only hire a complete person. People play a role as a complete person. Employees should be created based on their growth and achievements, so that their roles in society can develop in an all-round way. For example, A should work overtime on Wednesday to complete an emergency report. However, this day is the tenth anniversary of his wedding, A manager must consider the needs of a complete person rather than just a worker.
  • Action has a cause (incentive): a person's normal behavior has its own reasons. A person's behavior is motivated by his own needs, rather than the needs that others think he should have. Managers can use two ways of encouragement: one is to remind people of actions that can increase satisfaction, or warn people that they cannot meet their needs unless they follow the rules.
  • Human values (human dignity): People expect and should only do so.
Organization features:
  • An organization is a social system: organizational activities are not only influenced by psychological rules, but also social rules.
  • Common interests: organizations need people and organizations. The organization contains the goals of people, which are formed based on the common interests of its members. People regard organizations as a means to achieve their goals. Similarly, organizations also need people to achieve their goals.
