1. What is the sipoc model?
The sipoc model is an organizational system model proposed by the quality master Dai Ming. It is a common process analysis technology and a common technology for process management and process improvement.
Master Dai believes that any organization is a system composed of five parts, namely, supplier, input, process, output, and customer interaction.
Sipoc is composed of the following letters:
SUpplier supplier;
INput input;
PRocess process;
OUtput output;
CUstomer customer.
The above is the sipoc organization system model.
2 sipoc model description:
1)Supplier): Organizations or individuals who provide key information (such as, drawings, work orders, and work instructions), materials (to be processed), or other resources (facilities, equipment, and tools) to the core process.
2)Input): Information and resources provided by the supplier. Process changes to output.
3) Process): A group of activities that turn input into output should focus on adding value. If there is no value-added, try to eliminate it. Now it cannot be eliminated. In the future, create conditions to eliminate it.
4) Output): The result of the process is the product (including semi-finished products ).
5) Customer): The recipient, organization, or individual of the process output.
