When we use Outlook to send and receive emails, we often see some of the tags in the content, very unattractive. How do I get rid of symbols such as tags in Outlook? The following small series with paragraph marking symbol as an example to explain how to remove:
Just hide them in the editor. Specifically as follows:
For Outlook 2010
Create a new e-mail message, open the File tab, and click Options.
Click Mail on the left side of the Options window and click the Editor Options button.
On the right side of the display pane, there is a "always show these formatting marks on the screen" list, and uncheck the paragraph mark.
For Outlook 2007
Create a new e-mail message, press the Office button, and click Editor Options.
Click Show from the left pane, and then uncheck the paragraph mark.
PS: For other editing symbols in a message, you can remove them by canceling the corresponding check.
