Overlay templates and material templates

Overlay can contain 2D and 3D elements. These elements must start with the following keywords:
'Element' cannot nest 2D elements of other elements.
'Container' can be used to nest containers with 2D elements and iner.

'Entity '3D elements can only be placed in overlay and cannot be nested in other containers.
