Cause:

Telerik assembly not found, need to load

 

Solution:

Set telerik under/webroot/dnn5.4.2 _ S/library/components/telerik/bin. web. UI. dll can be manually copied to/webroot/dnn5.4.2 _ S/website/bin to solve the problem.
