In the Word2007 document, if you want to paste an Excel worksheet with full data processing functionality into a Word2007 document, you can use the Paste-only feature to implement it. Take Excel2007 as an example, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Excel2007 window and select the cells you want to paste into the Word2007 document. Click the Copy button in the Clipboard group in the Start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2009021415.

Step 2nd, open the Word2007 document window, click the Paste Drop-down button in the Clipboard group in the Start Ribbon, and select Paste in the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2009021416.

Step 3rd, in the Open Paste Selective dialog box, select the Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet Object option in the form list and click OK, as shown in Figure 2009021417.

The selected Excel worksheet will be fully pasted into the Word2007 document, and double-clicking the Excel worksheet in the Word2007 document will enter the worksheet editing status. The left click of the area outside the Excel worksheet returns Word editing status, as shown in Figure 2009021418.
