Perfect solution: Apache startup Problem-(OS 10022) provides an invalid parameter _php technique

Today, start apache2 is always unable to start, this thought is a port problem, you can later see that there is no port occupancy issues, so view the error log are as follows:

(OS 10022) provides an invalid parameter.

This error resolution is as follows:
1. Network Neighborhood-> Local Connection-> Properties->internet Protocol (TCP/IP)-> Properties-> Advanced->wins Label-> Remove the tick before the LMHOSTS query is enabled. (This is not on my own computer XP system. ... ）
2. Control Panel->windows Firewall-> Advanced tab-> The local Connection Settings-> Services tab to check the Security Web server (HTTPS). (I tried this but it didn't work ...) ）
(There is still a problem after the top and bottom two items are checked: Enable Netbois on TCI/IP.)

I use the above two methods to solve the problem, try the following three, success!
3. Repair Winsock, enter in operation: netsh winsock reset
