The travel icon of upresala is the outline of two dome and three climblies. The two dome represents the uppresala palace, and the three nots refer to uppresala cathedral. The church was built in the middle of the 13th century and was not repaired in 1435. In 1702, most of the buildings in the church were destroyed by fire. The building we see is repaired in 1880s. The two queens of Gustav wasa mentioned earlier were buried in this church.
