Original:
1. First load the Lightning brush, select the Brush tool, and then open the property bar in the Brush Settings menu, find the "Load brush" option, and then choose to download the extracted after the brush file, as shown in the figure.
2. Open the original image, press Ctrl+shift+n to create a new layer, on the new layer with color #fffc00, size 200 pixels, 0 hardness of the brush on the person's hand click.
3. Perform layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow on newly created layers, parameters are as follows
4. Press Ctrl+shift+n to create a new layer, press SHIFT+F5 to fill the black, and then perform the filter > Render > Lens flare
After you have done the above steps, you should see the effect
5. Create a new layer, move to the bottom of the ball layer, with a white lightning brush, then add a lightning effect around the ball
