Photoshop adds a motion blur background to dark-light images

1, turn black and white, this step free, turn to their favorite black-and-white style on.

2, the background layer to copy a layer, execution: Filters-blur-dynamic blur, the larger the number of words the more blurred, I used to 1000 or so.

3, the left side of the black block is not good-looking, in order to symmetry, intercept the right side of the section, the Rectangular selection box to select the right half of the area, Ctrl+j copy the layer, and then ctrl+t, horizontal flip, after the aligns layer.
