Photoshop adds Halo to K-song Beauty's arm

First, use Photoshop to open this picture of the beauty of K song, and then create a new layer, and then use the Pen tool in the K-song beauty arm hook out the path of dazzling halo.

Select the Brush tool on the toolbar and set the brush size and hardness.

Third, click to the Path panel, click on the bottom of the Panel Path Stroke button on the path stroke, and then use the rubber tool to wipe out the unwanted area, so that the halo looks like a circle around the beauty of the arm behind.
