This is a practice-oriented animation production for beginners to refer to. The idea of making a cartoon is to edit the animation effect. The article has the wrong place, please correct the students.

PS Open, with "lasso tool" and "imitation stamp" and other tools, remove the notes in the original artwork. Then, open the animation panel (timeline) and click the small triangle > Document settings > Setting time and number of frames that the arrow refers to. This is set to 2 seconds, 25 frames per second. (Figure 02)
