Step 1, open the image footage.
Step 2, copy layer, filter >> blur >> Gaussian blur, blur radius 1.5. and set the layer blending mode to "overlay".
Step 3, Layer >> new adjustment layer >> optional color, and press the following figure to set it.
Step 4, Layer >> new adjustment layer >> color balance.
Get the following effect
Step 5, create a new layer, set the foreground color to red, and use the Butterfly brush (click to download) to draw the following effect.
Step 6, select the 5px sharp angle brush.
Open the Brush Setup Panel and set the brush as shown in the picture below.
Step 7, create a new layer, set the foreground color white, and use the brush to draw along the butterfly wings to get the following effect.
Step 8, remove the butterfly layer and use the Eraser tool to erase the white dots that coincide with the body.
Step 9, create a new layer, fill with black, and set the layer opacity to 50%.
Step 10, create a layer mask and use the radial gradient tool (black and white gradient) to fill the mask as shown in the following figure.
