1th Step

Use Photoshop to open the photo you want to work with.

2nd Step

Ctrl+j to copy a new photo layer, apply the USM Sharpening filter > Sharpening > USM Sharpening. Apply the following settings: quantity: 100, Radius: 1.0, Threshold: 0. Layer should be set at 100% opacity.

3rd Step
