Final effect

1, first we decompose this icon, observe its various components, and then we layered production.

2, Next we first make "clock base", this layer looks very complex, in fact, the entire effect of only one layer can be completed. The following screenshot of the parameters for reference only, because the size of your new circle will affect the values of these parameters, specific test it.

Create a new canvas, drag the background footage, use the Ellipse tool to create an ellipse, and double-click the layer to add a layer style to it.

3, the effect of the clock base has been seen, we have to make the dial base, it is also a layer completed. Create a new layer, create a smaller positive circle line on the canvas, and place the layer above the clock base layer, and double-click the Add layer style.

4. The making of the dial: This step is easy to make, such as the number of the dial, the hour hand, the minute hand and the second hand. The color value of the hour hand is #724042, the layer mode is overlay, and the second hand color value is: #162020. Special attention is the direction of the three-pin shadow, the light source in the upper left corner. Here I only post a metal cap layer style for your reference.

5. Finally, we make the high light, the whole high light layer is made up of two parts.

6, the rest is to add some text in the picture, and then merge the layer slightly sharpen it is done.
