Select the menu command "filter → Blur → Gaussian blur" To adjust the "radius" to 1.5 pixels-this value is not sure, as long as you can remove the clutter and maintain the original light and shade contrast. After the confirmation, the image in the channel becomes blurred. Then select the color channel, as before, first by adjusting the color level to increase its contrast, and then use the Gaussian blur filter to remove the clutter.
