The final effect figure is as follows.

1. Create a new 1024 * 768 pixel document in Photoshop, select the Gradient tool, color settings like Figure 1, and then pull out the radial gradient shown in Figure 2 from the center to the corners as the background.

2, now began to make petals. Create a new group, use a pen to tick the outline of the first petal, and then add a layer mask to the group after you convert to a selection. After the confirmation, the opacity of the group is changed to: 70%, as shown below.

3. Create a new layer in the group, use pen to tick the left high light selection of the petals, feather 8 pixels and fill the pale yellow: #FBEEDE, the following figure.

4, create a new layer, with a pen to check out the right of the high light selection, feather 8 pixels after filling the same color, the effect of the following figure.
