Photoshop Simulates Jesus Light

Nature and weather can not be asked, artists can rely on clever hands to paint the light of Jesus, designers and photographers to help Photoshop to make Jesus light? The answer is yes, let's try it now.

Step 1: Open the photo

But this time we have a bit of a demand for photos, and there's a need for clouds in the photos, and cracks in the clouds, because Jesus just penetrated through the cracks in the clouds.

Step 2: Copy the background layer by CTRL+J (or cmd+j)

On the Layer Control Panel, you will find two identical layers.

Step 3: Simply change the new image to black and white

One of the quickest ways to turn a layer into black and white is to set the saturation (saturation) to 100 in the hue/saturation (hue/saturation) tool.

Press Ctrl+u to call the Hue/saturation (hue/saturation) tool, and then set the saturation to-100.

When finished, a color and a black-and-white layer should appear, as shown in the following figure:

Step 4: Select a single black and white layer

First, select the selection tool for the single line.

Long Press Marqueetool (Marquee tool) tool, Photoshop will let you select the other marquee tool, select Singlerowmarqueetool (Single-line Marquee tool).

Then, in a black-and-white layer, select the most varied line of clouds, like the following figure:

Step 5: Copy the selected single line of clouds to another new layer

Pressing CTRL+J (or CMD+J) automatically copies the selected place to the new layer.

Layer2 (Layer 2) is not a blank layer, it has a row of clouds that have been copied.

Step 6: Enlarge and deform the single cloud

The Black-and-white layer has done its job and we can hide it or discard it.

If you want to hide the black and white layer, press the icon on the left side of the layer.

Now make sure that the layers (layer 2) of the single layer of clouds are selected, as shown above.

Then, press the CTRL (or CMD) key, with the left mouse click on Layer 2.

You will find that only one line of photos is selected.

Then press ctrl+t (or cmd+t) to call out the Freetransform (freeform) tool.

The dotted line will turn into a straight line and three square handles that are in the left and right side respectively.

Pull the middle of the square handle down, the screen will appear a lot of black, white and gray line, these lines will become our Jesus light.

Drag freetransform (free deformation) tool of the eight handles can control the size of the image, if you want to transform the image, you should press CTRL (or CMD) key to drag the Four corners.

Adjust the range and shape of the Jesus Light, and then press the ENTER (or return) key when finished.

Step 7: Blur the Jesus layer of light

Pull out the edge of the light too sharp, Jesus light is hard, but because the reflection of the particles so that it does not cut the hand as sharp, so we need to use the Gaussian Blur tool to blur it slightly.

Select Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. Call out the tools, and remember that Jesus light is a hard, small amount of ambiguity can be.

Step 8: Change the layer mode to color filter

Reducing the opacity of the Jesus Light layer can make the light and background more harmonious.

Step 10: Add a vector mask to the Jesus Light layer

When you are sure that the Jesus light layer is selected, add the layer to the Jesus light layer as shown by the vector mask.

Step 11: Modify the Jesus Light

Press D to set the foreground color to black.

Press B to select the Brush tool, and then in the head position of the brush tool to reduce the flow value to about 10%, because we hope that the effect of the brush is gradual, rather than several times, do not try to paint. The flow is a bit like the strength of our writing.

Everything is ready, you can begin to cover too stiff with the vector mask, such as the Jesus on both sides of the light, Jesus light at the bottom of the false straight line.

Step 12: Jesus the color of the light

If necessary, you can use hue/saturation micro-adjust Jesus light color to make the Jesus light more compatible with the background, press CTRL (or option) key, press the new adjustment layer diagram, and then select the hue/saturation of the CTRL (or option) key to release.
