PS Tutorial combines a variety of materials in Photoshop to piece together a beautiful fantasy scene. Synthesis is not very difficult, you can also according to their own creative free play!

Step 1

First, create a white document (Ctrl + Shift + N) 1400px and 1626 px.

Step 2

Place the footage and adjust its size to fit.

Step 3

This is the result. Make sure that the upper part you get is the cloud area.

Step 4

The next step is to add more cloud as a background.

Placement (1).

Resize (2) using the Free Transform tool (Ctrl + T).

Use masks to hide the area below the cloud material (3).

Finally, I decided to adjust it to a warm hue. Use the new adjustment layer hue/saturation to adjust. and create a clipping mask on the previous layer. (4).
