Step 1
First press CTRL + N to create a new document, set the canvas's length to 2100 pixels and 1772 pixels respectively. Set as shown in the following figure.

Open the "boat" footage from the document, and then select the Pen tool in the toolbar. Using the Pen tool to click on the edge of the boat to increase the anchor point, the following gradually increases the anchor point along the edge of the ship, knowing that the last anchor point coincides with the first anchor point. Then press the right button on the delineated area and select Create a selection in the pop-up menu. Press Shift+ctrl+i to reverse, and then press DELETE to remove the background. The above steps are set as shown in the following illustration.

Step 2
The "boat" material layer presses CTRL+T to pull out the free conversion tool, which displays 8 control points. As shown in the following figure.

When the layer is in the state of free conversion, press the right button to pull out the free transform menu, select Oblique Cut. It is necessary to make the hull of a ghost ship by controlling the shape of the transformed vessel. First, select the control point in the lower-right corner and drag it to the right, and then select the top midpoint to drag down. By analogy, adjust the position of other control points to make the hull. Specific adjustments are indicated in the following figure.

Next, select the transform in the Free Transformation menu, and then adjust the hull shape according to the following and final effect figures. The effect is shown in the following illustration.

Step 3
Open the "Web" footage and cut the cobwebs out and put them on the ship. Then reduce the opacity of the "Web" material so that you can easily see the hull under the material for adjustment. Set as shown in the following figure.

Also select the "Web" footage press Ctrl+t to pull up the free transform menu, and then choose Perspective. As shown in the following illustration, drag the control point in the lower right corner to be as close to the hull shape as possible. Then choose the deformation, the spider web covered in the face of the ship.
