1, open the character original image, duplicate a layer, modify the layer mode to "filter Color", and then add a mask to erase other places except the characters, this step is to highlight the characters.

2, new color adjustment layer, select "option Button", and then select "Enhanced monochrome contrast." Go back to the color level options panel and click the "Auto" button, then OK.

3, the new color adjustment layer, click the "Options" button, check "enhance the contrast of each channel", back to the color Level Panel and then click the "Automatic" button. Set foreground color to black, with large pixel soft angle brush to erase parts except the lower part of the figure, this step is to increase the color of the waves and beaches, so probably "2/3" above the part does not need to preserve tones, need to rub off.

4, the new curve adjustment layer, the parameters are set below the picture, the sky bright, wipe off the sky apart from the part.

5, the new optional Color adjustment layer, the parameters are set as follows, here is the entire figure except the characters in addition to the color palette, so add a layer mask to erase the character part.
