Jellyfish production is a bit like the production of blisters. The point is to render the high light portion of the jellyfish, especially the edge of some highlights. You can apply the Smudge tool directly, or you can use the selection to control.

1, the production of jellyfish focus is the main part of the production, need to complete the effect of the following figure.

2, create a new 800 * 800 pixel canvas, select the Gradient tool, color settings, such as Figure 2, from left to right, pull out the linear gradient shown in Figure 3 as the background color.

3, a new group, with a pen hook out of the jellyfish's main outline, into a selection, and then add a layer mask to the group, layer and effect as shown below.

4, a new layer in the group, fill blue: #86EBFD, opacity to: 34%, the effect is as Figure 5. The bottom with a 1-pixel rubber tool to slightly rub the edge of the jagged edges out, the local magnification diagram as shown in Figure 6.

5, create a new layer, fill blue: #86EBFD, opacity to: 50%, alt key to add layer mask, with a white brush to the bottom need to highlight the part of the wipe out, as shown in Figure 8.
