When you select a different channel, PS determines which pixels are hidden based on the current set of channel information.

Select a color channel to adjust to quickly erase one of the main colors contained in the image. If the object we want to select is different from the background color, you can hide the background by adjusting the color channel. We'll go through the examples below to learn more.
