Antony Dovgal points out that Derick Rethans has released PHP 5.3 on the snaps.php.net.
NEW: Namespaces,__callstatic () Magic method, access to static members via $foo::myfunc (), similar to. htaccess rewrite, OpenSSL extension, PCRE7.4, Some of the other improvements and fixes that are not available in version 5.2.
He suggested a very thorough commissioning before releasing the release version.
The source and Windows editions have been published in Snaps.php.net.
