1. Add knowledge points: it can be summarized as four major steps
A) Selection of placement categories: select the default category to which the knowledge points are placed.
B) Add: click "File Management", "Knowledge Point-Add", or "add" under "knowledge point grid.
C) open the "knowledge point window" automatically. Enter the content in the Word document or paste the content on the webpage, enter the title, remarks, or reset the category, tag, and association. Only the title is required, and others are optional.
D) Click "save" or click "close" to exit the knowledge point editing window.

* Newly added knowledge points will always be displayed in the current "knowledge point grid", whether or not they belong to the current category. If the specified category does not belong to the current category, the newly added knowledge point will not be displayed when you click the category again. to display the information, select the corresponding category or select a built-in category such as "last three days" to quickly find the category.
2. Delete knowledge points
A) Select the knowledge point to be deleted: click the "Row selector" on the far left of "knowledge point style", and press Ctrl or shfit on the keyboard to select multiple rows.
B) Delete: click "File Management", "Knowledge Point-Delete", or "delete" under "knowledge point grid.
C) Click "OK" in the pop-up dialog box to delete the dialog box, and click "cancel" to discard the dialog box.

* The deleted knowledge points cannot be recovered. You can move the deleted knowledge points to a specific category. We recommend that you never delete knowledge points unless you do not actually use them any more.
* Knowledge Point Selection: you can click categories, tags, dates, and other methods, or you can find them. That is, you can delete any knowledge points displayed in the "knowledge point grid ".
3. File Association of knowledge points
A) open a knowledge point: you can click a category, Tag, date, or other information by searching. Then, click the "read" button under "knowledge point grid ".
B) Click "add Association" to open the "select Association file" window.
C) select one or more files to be associated (Press and hold the "Ctrl" or "shift" key): You can change the disk and folder to find
D) Click OK.
 

* Applications are opened by default.Program"Template" subfolder of the folder
* An object can be associated at any time. However, note that the same file may point to the same file in the same month.
* Pinstudy.docdyor pinstudy.xls with the same pinstudy name may be named in numbers to prevent pointing to the same file. Therefore, you can place different types of files in the "template" sub-folder in the folder where the application is located and use them as template files.
4. How to rename the title of the associated file: four steps in total
A) on the "knowledge point" editing screen, click the tab to rename the title
B) Right-click the top of the tab and select "RENAME title" from the shortcut menu ".
C) enter a new title and press Enter.
D) Click "OK" in the pop-up dialog box to modify the settings, and click "cancel" to discard the settings.

5. Changes to knowledge point categories
There are two main methods: one is to edit the screen of the knowledge point, and the other is to drag the knowledge point selected from the "knowledge point grid" to the new category.
Method 1: edit the image of the knowledge point in three steps.
A) on the "knowledge point" editing screen, click the "category" button or double-click the Category column.
B) In the category tree of the "category selection" screen, check to indicate that the category is selected, and remove the check to delete the category.
C) Click "OK" to modify the settings, and click "cancel" to discard
 

* You can specify multiple categories for one knowledge point, that is, multi-dimensional classification.
Method 2: drag the knowledge point selected from the "knowledge point grid" to the new category.
A) Confirm that the target category is visible to the left: expand the category tree and display the target category in the left-side category tree.
B) Select the knowledge point to be changed: click the "Row selector" on the far left of "knowledge point style", and press Ctrl or shfit on the keyboard to select multiple rows. (9)
C) drag the knowledge point to change the classification, and hold down the left mouse button. The Mouse shape will change to the shape of a book.
D) move to the new category, and the background color of the target category will become "highlighted ".
E) Open the left mouse button.
 

* By dragging and changing a category, the original category is deleted and changed to a new category. Click a new category to display the changed knowledge point.
6. Set the font color of the knowledge point displayed in the knowledge point grid.
A) In the knowledge point grid, click the knowledge point to set the font color
B) Right-click the knowledge point and select "attribute" from the pop-up menu"
C) double-click the predefined color group or set it freely, and then press "OK"
 
* Modify a predefined color group: Select "Modify status of a predefined color group" to change the color group and save it automatically.
* You can click "attribute" on the "knowledge point" screen to set the font color of the knowledge point.
