PL/SQL database character set (Al32utf8) and Client character set (ZHS16GBK) is different
This is due to the installation of the Oracle client is not set to the character set caused, no big problem, do not affect the use, but still clean up a bit more cool. The workaround is simple.

Database Character Set (Al32utf8) and Client character set (ZHS16GBK) are different.
Character set conversion may cause unexpected results.
Note:you can set the client character set through the Nls_lang environment variable or the Nls_lang registry key in
hkey_local_machine\software\oracle\key_oracle_10g.
Open the registry,
Start-run-enter regedit--carriage return.
Open the node in turn hkey_local_machine\software\oracle\key_oracle_10g
Right-click on the Nls_lang to change the key value:
Simplified Chinese_china. Zhs16gbk
Modified to: Simplified Chinese_china. Al32utf8 can be.
Restart your plsql. There's no mistake.
