1, download 32-bit version instantclient-basic-nt-11.2.0.3.0.zip, because Plsqldev is 32-bit, there is no 64-bit version, this is not related to the operating system
2,instantclient after downloading is a compressed file, do not need to install, configure a bit can. Unzip the file to the ready-to-put directory, I chose the Oracle directory for the C drive, the path is C:\Oracle\instantclient_11_2.
Then configure path in the system environment variable, add instantclient path, namely C:\Oracle\instantclient_11_2;
3. Add Environment variables:
Nls_lang=american_america. Zhs16gbk
Tns_admin=c:\oracle\instantclient_11_2
4. set in the preferences->oracle connection in PL/SQL developer-> tools:
Oracle Home Directory Name: Oradb11g_home1 (can also be C:\Oracle\instantclient_11_2)
OCI Library: C:\Oracle\instantclient_11_2\oci.dll
5 . Copy the "Tnsnames.ora" file from the original Oracle installation directory to C:\Oracle\instantclient_11_2 and open it with Notepad to add or modify the following paragraph (this is my new local database)
Njust =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST =127.0.0.1) (PORT = 1521))
(Connect_data =
(SERVER = dedicated)
(service_name = njust)
)
)
Open Plsql Developer again to find the appropriate database and run successfully.
Plsql link remote Database not on the workaround
