[PM Tools] Support for hierarchical task tracking tables

Recently, the company needs to perform a Daily Check. Previously, a horizontal Excel table was created to facilitate task management, especially when tasks, actions, and problems are associated. so we climbed up at four o'clock in the middle of the night and made such an Excel table for the final task. share to everyone, hoping to be useful to some friends.

The task tracking table is applicable to the project management, task management, problem \ risk management, and other fields of the Company's departments or projects. Supports hierarchical tasks, custom list fields, task alerts, and good Excel compatibility.

 

Instructions for use:1. Use this to allow macro operation in Options> trust center> macro settings, or allow macro operation in the prompt options in Excel.

2. When adding a task, the time point is a required field. Enter the sequence number as required. Separate the sequence numbers of different levels with the number.

3. When entering the Date Field, enter the correct date or time according to the prompt information.

4. The list values of the options in this table are all in the sys table. Please fill in according to the field category.
