80 occupied
As shown in the figure
has been self-addressed, there are classmates in the question, the following according to my situation to tell you: (reprint)(I am the case is the port 80 by the system process occupation)
Computer-based students are recommended to try.
First look at which process the 80 port was occupied by:
1 Start-run-input cmd (run the cmd command requires an administrator user to log in, or there may be no permissions, such as a hint)
CMD interface input Netstat-ano (note plus space) can see 80 ports are PID4 occupied,
2 Open Task Manager-process-view, select columns, check PID
You can see that PID 4 is occupied by NT kernel & System

I've been searching the internet for a long time to find a solution

Translate as follows:
The process is HTTP. sys. It is the driver component of the HTTP API, the HTTP stack server. If the port is consumed by HTTP. SYS, some applications that are using HTTP. sys are running. This is why Apache is prevented from running because HTTP. SYS occupies port 80. We have provided an application mechanism to help control port sharing, but I need to investigate what special application is causing you to encounter this difficulty. If you can provide us with the output of the "Netsh http show servicestate" command, I can find out which application is using HTTP. sys.
Before you disable HTTP. sys, follow these steps to run the command:
1. sc config HTTP stat = demand
2. Reboot
3. Run the command (Netsh http show servicestat) as Administrator

Continue:
Follow the steps below to disable HTTP. SYS: (Enter the command in the CMD interface as in the first step)
One: Run the net stop HTTP
Press Y to determine
Two Run Sc config http start= disabled
Now look at the port occupancy, enter Netstat-ano
Found PID 4 takes up 445 ports and solves the problem.
