Post-interview suggestions for 34 interviews

After four years of graduation, I was a second-class undergraduate student in Shanghai. Not long ago, I had a sudden whim. I figured out that there were as many as 34 companies that I had introduced since my graduation! In the spring of winter, students and sisters from major universities are also looking for work. I hope I can give you some small experience.
1. Do not wear a suit too casually, but do not wear it too solemnly, clean, clean, and tidy. Your hair should be sorted out. Generally, there is no need for a suit. All people who need to wear a suit at work are leather enterprises. Therefore, the students do not have to buy a suit specially for the interview. Girls can wear formal attire and feel more mature.
2. If a company has no computers on its desk, 100% is a leather bag company.

3. If the interviewer did not immediately hire you during the interview, and you did not receive any news within one day after you went back, the interview would fail. Generally, the interviewer will say that it is false to wait for a week or two weeks. If the other party is interested in you, they usually make a shot on the spot.
4. Some companies, most of which are direct selling companies, and some other direct selling cosmetics companies, may be named "XX Food Company". If the name sounds casual, no information is found on the Internet. 99% is a leather bag company.
5. When posting resumes online, if there are a large number of recruiters (5 or even 10 or 20) in one position, 99% are leather companies (excluding salesclerks ). If a job has no requirements for education, the job is rarely talked about, but the salary is still decent (more than 2000), then 99% is a leather company.

6. There is generally no need to go to social recruitment fairs unless they are organized by the University itself. Recruitment fairs in the society are generally spam jobs and target a large number of outsiders. For example, fixed job fairs at Zhongshan West Road and Fixed Job Fairs at Shanghai Gymnasium basically do not have good jobs. Now that the network is developed, there is no need for the company to recruit people on site.
7. In fact, there is no need to have any psychological price for the salary requirements during the interview, because the other party has already decided on it. It cannot be transferred by your will. If the interviewer asks you, you can say it is up to the company to decide.
8. Insurance companies will change their heads. For example, if a certain financial company sells insurance in 100%, you don't have to handle the problem. When you call a finance company, I just hang up. There is also a trust and investment company, which also hangs up directly.

9. There is a company called Investment Consulting. Now Shanghai has basically been wiped out, but sometimes it will be a zombie. You should pay attention to it. These companies use the original shares as a bait to tell customers that they will double their profits when going public in the United States in the future. This is actually a fraud. It cannot be traded at all. Even if it can be traded, the Chinese cannot trade in the U.S. market. Shares are true, but do not share dividends. If you encounter such an enterprise, you can directly PK it.
10. For students of undergraduates, I suggest you do not overdo it during the interview. You should go to a company that truly has hope and can learn things. You should always visit the recruitment website, but not submit too many resumes.

11. It is useful only when you encounter it. However, I still hope that the students can join a sixth level in the last six months (if you haven't passed the fourth level, you will basically ignore it ).
12. The forwarder is an industry that is easy to find a job. His salary is average and he has no requirements for his major (as long as he understands English for 1.3 feet cats). Generally, he or she is a place where he or she goes to higher vocational colleges or even middle school students. In addition, there are many low-quality girls, so we recommend that you do not go. This industry is very busy. One of my colleagues once did not even have time to eat. Work is very mechanical and people will go crazy.
13. Reserve Cadres are basically rubbish. Store cadres in supermarkets are basically tally workers.
14. Anyone who needs to pay first will leave on the spot.
15. Do not change the industry frequently. This is easy to hurt. So the first choice is very important.
16. If you have someone to help you, of course it is best. If you don't have one, you don't have to be discouraged. Let's look at me. A man who has interviewed 34 companies won't even survive. People can learn something after experiencing some things. Take some detours to see different scenery. In short, students should trust themselves.
